Why is he doing this?

My male neutered cat has always been a lover boy and sweet as pie, but recently he’s taken to chirruping at me and then running up my body to touch my face with his paw. Am I missing something he needs?
He has two litter boxes, a cat tree, a water fountain, multiple toys, and is fed regularly at 3:00 pm every day. We also take daily walks while he is leashed at 8:00 pm. So… he’s pretty spoiled. Am I missing something?
