Why does my cat's head and nose look swollen?

Why does my cat's head and nose look swollen? He also has back pain. I took my cat out three days ago. When we came back that night he had small red dots in his ears, and also a swollen chin. It looked reddish.

Then I read online that plastic bowls are the reason. I have changed it immediately. Then he became normal. But today when I woke up I've realized that his nose bridge and front of his head is swollen.

He is eating, drinking normally. Nothing has changed since. I took him to the vet but it was closed. I don't know what to do and the vet will be opening on Monday. Please help me. He is a year old.

I would try to find an emergency vet

I'm sorry to hear that your cat is injured. Was your cat out of your sight while outside? I suspect he was either hit by a car, took a bad fall, or some thing (or someone) roughed him up. Maybe those red spots were blood.

If he wasn't out of your sight while outside, then I don't have any guesses. Only a veterinarian can diagnose your cat's problem.

I would try to find an emergency vet as soon as possible. I hope he's OK.
