I have had Foxy for at least five months, and since she has been with me, she has had five kittens. I got her from a neighbor of mine. She doesn't have any problems that I know about.
Foxy is a domestic shorthair dilute tortie. Every food I've bought her, it seems as if she doesn't want it much.
Cats can be picky about their eating habits and tricky to figure out sometimes. I would get her some wet food and use set mealtimes.
Put the food down and see if she takes to it. As my vet told me, if your cat eats, then great. If not, that's what cats do. Sometimes they don't eat what you give them.
You might have to go through a few different kinds of food to get one she likes. She also might change her mind at some point, and even if she likes it, she might not eat much of it every time.
Remember that cats have small stomachs, and they like to eat several small meals rather than one big one. I usually leave Jazzy's wet food down for an hour or more and let him come back for nibbles. He rarely eats all or even most of it in one sitting.
I think many people would say Wellness is a good brand to start with, but if she's really picky, most cats seem to like Fancy Feast. Some will scoff at the fact that it's a cheaper brand, but I'm of the opinion that if it works, go with it.
