What can I give my cat to stop aggression?

1 & 5 month old cat is aggressive with me. He has attacked me and bitten me at least 3 times. I got him fixed about 2 months ago with little improvement. It started with walking him outside on a leash. I have stopped this activity but I also have an unhappy kitty. Tried playing inside but he is somewhat aggressive still, just not that bad.

I would try:
Feliway to calm him.
More exercise to work things out of his system.
A new kitten (so they can beat it out of each other).
