The Feline Rescue Association is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the welfare of stray, abandoned and feral cats.
FRA focuses on helping homeless cats and kittens in the Baltimore, Maryland Metropolitan area get off the streets and find permanent, loving homes.
FRA is not a shelter, but a rescue group utilizing a network of foster families to house and care for the cats until they're adopted. We have a permanent adoption center located at the Petco in Owings Mills.
