Stray cat has kitten in my shed but up so high

A lovely stray cat has her three-week-old kitten safe in my shed but up so high and I'm afraid they will fall. Do you think I can move them to a safe spot now?

The shed is secure and warm and mama cat is happy and and eating and proud, but hasn't brought her kittens down to a safe spot. They have just started moving around... nearly three weeks old.

I would like to lift them down when they are asleep in a box she had them in and move to a safer spot in the shed and hope mama cat is happy with that? Help please.

I think it's fine to move them, but she may move them back. They move their kittens around a lot sometimes.
