Rusty Lyons from Toronto
by Karen Lyons
(Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
Rusty was just 10 years old when he had to be put to sleep because he was suffering from an enlarged heart. Rusty was a very different cat and he was suited to be with me, his Mommy Karen.
Rusty was such a beautiful and loving cat, but he wasn't just a cat, he was my handsome boy and he would play with me and make me laugh. He would get up on the microwave and give me the bum and look at me as if he was laughing.
He did the most funny things, but he also would watch over me as well, especially when he knew I was sick. He was my alarm clock as well. If I did something he didn't like, he sure would get back at me for it.
I love him and still miss him very much and still sometimes cry for him. He was gone from me on March 4th at 12:30 pm. He was cremated, and I also have his paw print in gold. His ashes are surrounded with Angels and a few of his favorite toys and photos.
Mommy misses you Rusty and I send you lots of hugs and kisses. Mommy will see you again one day my baby. <3
