@Caren -- I'm glad you got Bobo out safely! I've heard lots of tales (tails?) of cats getting stuck in all kinds of places and it can be quite dangerous.

Oh God I know what I am going to say has nothing to do with the photo other than what occurred was with a couch that looked exactly the same as the one in the photo.

My first cat, Bobo got trapped behind the cushions of the couch he was IN the fabric. To this day I have no clue how he got in there. The couch had a recliner on each end and I think he crawled through the openings when those were being used and went behind the couch and somehow found an opening in the fabric behind the cushions. It was a HUGE couch.

I remember my ex and I hearing mewing and not being able to find him. We ended up having to stand the couch on it's end. Still don't remember how we got him out. I was terrified.

But yes they never leave and are always watching!
