Pooing problems

My female cat Kashka, 15, has started doing something strange. she poops in her cat litter tray but does it right at the beginning of the box so some goes in and some goes on the floor. is this a problem? She has a wee with no problem but the pooing thing is strange.
Her cat litter is cleaned all the time as she won’t go if there is something in there. she’s a real princess if you get me.
Hope someone can help with this matter.
