Lentigo simplex is a condition in cats, especially orange tabby cats, where black pigment starts appearing on the lips and inside the mouth, such as on the gums. My vet said it's harmless, but more and more black areas appear as the cat gets older.
I don't know if that's what your cat has, so I would suggest calling your vet about it.
At Purradox Sphynxery, our vision and mission reflect our passion for raising exceptional Sphynx cats and creating lasting connections with loving families.
