My cat goes toilet outside, but I'm going to go to work. How is my cat going to go to the toilet without me able to open the door?

You'll have to either find a way, like an outdoor enclosure for your cat with a cat door so your cat can come and go, or use litter boxes inside the house and retrain your cat to use them.
