My cat gave birth yesterday and is breathing heavy

My cat gave birth to 4 kittens yesterday afternoon. She has been breathing heavy and occasionally panting. She seems to be eating and drinking normally and is paying lots of attention to her kittens and nursing them. Should I be worried about her breathing?
