Koontucky Maine Coons have been breeding to preserve, protect and improve the Maine Coon since 1984. We are long standing Maine Coon Breeders and Fanciers Association (MCBFA) Breeder Members. We specialize in variations of silvers, but produce all colors except for solid white.
Health and outgoing temperaments are a must, as our cats are part of our family. Kittens are raised underfoot in our home.
We screen our cats for Hip Dysplasia, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). We use both DNA testing and the MSU team of board certified cardiologists. For more information, visit our web site.
