Female cat peeing on the tiles

I have 2 cats, a boy and a girl, and two litter boxes. Even when I clean out the litter box my girl cat still pees on the tiles. I have tried to clean the tiles with baking soda, lemon, vinegar, all of it but nothing works. It’s getting frustrating now and I don’t know what else to do.

Did you try Dr. Elsey’s cat attract litter or something similar? Maybe that would help. I had this problem several times but only when my female cats were well into their teens and I figured it was old age. I would take to the vet and see if something is physically wrong. I have had great success in removing cat urine ammonia smell with Natures Miracle Urine Destroyer. It does work.
