Do cats answer you?

When we ask our cats questions and they blink twice or once, does the blinking mean once for no and twice for yes or twice for no and once for yes?


My mom’s cat Chou Chou is always communicating with us. We always let her get water from the tub and it’s funny how I see her in there before she sees me or my mom coming into the bathroom.

Yes my cat Shadow is a talker meow for more food, taken to food, outside, other, he chats & he does listen when I say Go outside. He's adopted from people who left years ago.
