Big Felix

Felix is our beautiful cat we got from a rescue house in Westfield, Indiana. I had been looking for a cat for about 3 years and saw him on their website. We just love him.

He is 3 years old and we are retired and almost 80 and he is a lot of company and very entertaining. I bought him a nice cat bed, but he would rather sleep on a wooden tray I have in the living room.

He runs our house completely and has every toy and every type of food and treats known to man. In other words, he is spoiled. However, we do love him and don't know what we did before we got him.

His name was Laddie when he was at "From the Heart Rescue" but they told us he didn't seem to know his name so we could call him whatever we wanted.

We decided on "Felix", I guess just because I was thinking of Felix the Cat, the wonderful, wonderful cat. He now knows his name and comes running when he is called.
