We just lost our little black cat as she was outside and ran away. I did not want anymore cats. We had to get cat food at PetSmart so my husband ran in to buy food while I was in the car.
My husband came out 15 minutes later and was excited. He said, "You have to come in the store, there is a really cute kitten you have to see."
He was the biggest kitten in the litter. He was gray and white with big white paws and big green eyes. He was adorable. He was there to be adopted.
He was being fostered by Janice Skinner who was a foster mom for Voorhees Animal Orphanage in NJ. I held him and he meowed at me and that was it... he won my heart and my family's as well.
We adopted him at 6 weeks and he passed on on 12/26/2013 to Rainbow Bridge at the ripe old age of 18. He would have been 19 in June.
He now is with his brother Ziggy, running and playing. I remember the days when he and Ziggy would play and chase each other up and down the stairs.
Cosmo loved catnip. He loved to play with his mouse and his balls. He went to plenty of tea parties with his sissy Jordan and Ziggy whether he liked it or not... LOL.
I have so many memories of him that I will keep and treasure forever and ever. I love you Cosmo and always will my sweet boy. You will be in our hearts forever and ever!
