Clear fluid after vaccine?

My cute little one had to be sedated to get his rabies and distemper vaccine. When we got home I laid him on the bed to rest. When he got up a few hours later there was a clear wet spot where he was sleeping. It had no scent. Is this a normal side effect after a vaccine?
