Cat with survivor syndrome?

Four cats to one cat in 18 months. Age related, 2@17years, 1@14.

Ten year old female left, all cats were together indoors their entire lives.
Should I introduce a new kitten to her? She has become very vocal at night. She did have a litter at 1 year, one night escape, if that would matter. Thanks
