Cat staying in bed a lot

After two years I finally got her to use her bed and now she's been in it for three days straight and she is worrying me. Not actually, but she only leaves to receive pets or potty.

If she's sluggish or shows other signs of problems, I'd take her to the vet. Otherwise, I'd bring out her favorite toys and see if she'll get some exercise.
