Cat running outside

I have a 16-month-old female cat. She is a purebred Maine Coon and is spayed. Bella ran outside about a month ago. She tries to get out every day now. Do you have any suggestions?

What is she missing by being inside? I would:

Try to bring some of the outdoors in (cat grass, plants), and some of the indoors out (a screened patio, a window cage).
Increase her enrichment activities (more toys, more exercise, more attention, treat hunting indoors).
Give her ways to enjoy the scenery from inside on a high perch, and make sure she has good hiding places around the house.
