Cat meowing really loudly and moving her back legs in a crouching position

My cat has been acting weird lately. One time she escaped for one night but we found her the next morning. She was fine. I gave her a bath and fed her. After a few weeks, she started meowing really loudly and moving her back legs in a crouching position. Then she stopped. Then after a few weeks she started again for a few days, then stopped, then started again 2 days ago.

Has she been fixed? If not, is she in heat? If so, make sure she does not escape again or you'll have a pregnant cat. Have her spayed and she won't act like that anymore.
