I'm sorry to hear your cat isn't feeling good. I can't diagnose your cat, but runny eyes could be from injury, an upper respiratory infection, a deformity in the facial structure, or a host of other things.

You'd need to get your vet to properly diagnose the cause before you can treat it. I hope your cat recovers quickly.
