I'm not sure how your cat got the cuts, Stefanie, or how we can prevent that from happening in the future, but that's a concern. I'm also not sure how we know these are fly eggs, but it sounds like the wounds need to be professionally debrided at the vet's office, sutured if needed, antibiotics administered, and so on. It's time for the vet on this one right away.
