15 year old cat peeing in every corner of the house

My 15 year old cat is drinking too much and peeing outside the box, and in every corner of the house. He's never done this before! He's drinking water and peeing were he sits.
He's driving me crazy, stinking me out! What should I do? Can't afford vet!
My thoughts: I'm sorry to hear your cat is not doing well. Two common causes for cats to urinate outside the box are medical problems, and stress.
I can't diagnose your cat, but if he's drinking more than normal, that can be a sign of illness. I suspect he's sick.
If he were my cat, I would think he might have feline lower urinary tract disorder, or possibly diabetes, or some other medical condition.
At his age, this would not be unrealistic. Either way, he needs to see a veterinarian. I'm afraid there's no other way to say it.
I would call around and see if you can find a vet that will see him and put you on a payment plan of some sort. See if you can raise funds, contact family and friends, and so on to pay for it on the back end.
I'm sorry I don't have a better solution for you and your cat, and I wish you both the best. Please let us know how it goes.
